1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we received the wrong item).

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discounted price.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us:​ Email us at support@vividhaus.life​ with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective product.

b. Instructions:​ Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return address and further instructions.

c. Ship the Item:​ Once instructed, ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) .

3. Refund Process

After we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • Approval:​ If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Timing:​ Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear.

  • Any non-returnable items listed in Section 1.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
