  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST​ on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Pre-order or custom items will specify unique processing times on their product pages.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States​ (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • International shipments​ are available to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Domestic U.S. Orders:​ Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination and package size.

  • International Orders:​ Shipped via USPS First Class Mail International or UPS Worldwide.

  • Special Items​ (e.g., fragile, high-value, or oversized products): Shipped via insured or signature-required services.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping​ is offered on all U.S. orders over $50.

  • Orders below $50 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of **$5.99**.

  • International Shipping Costs​ are calculated based on destination and weight, displayed at checkout. Additional taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • U.S. Orders:​ 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International Orders:​ 10–21 business days (varies by destination and customs).

  • Delays due to carrier issues or customs are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:​ We cover return shipping costs and send replacements promptly.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges:​ Return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover reshipment costs for exchanges.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us within 7 days​ of delivery.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of items to the carrier.
